Términos del Servicio
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Welcome to hollywoodstylephotobooths.com, operated by Hollywood Style Photobooths (“we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Bookings and availability
Checking a date or sending a request through our website is an inquiry, not a reservation. Your date is reserved only once you have signed our rental agreement and paid any required deposit. The rental agreement for your event, including its payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms, governs your booking and takes priority over anything on this website.
Prices and information
Packages, prices, features and availability shown or described on this site may change without notice. A written quote or rental agreement is the final word on what is included in your event. We work to keep the site accurate, but it may contain occasional errors or out-of-date details.
Photos and content
The text, logos, photos, videos and design of this website belong to Hollywood Style Photobooths or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Photos of your own event that we provide to you are yours to keep and share for personal use.
Links to other websites
Our site may link to other websites, such as social media or Google. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site, submit false or spam requests, or try to interfere with how it works.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollywood Style Photobooths is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This does not limit any rights you have under your rental agreement or under law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
